Race Fans and Race Teams Mel Decker, Owner/Driver of the #22 Modified was taken to the hospital with a serious condition to both of his legs. He was diagnosed with a blood clot and an aneurysm in his right leg. After a six hour surgery the doctors were able to save his leg and get the blood to start flowing correctly.
