Dave Darland of Lincoln, Ind. is the 2015 champion of the Mike Curb Super License. It’s his first overall championship in the standings determined by total points earned from all three of USAC’s National Championship series. Steve Enslow, USAC's 1982 Silver Crown Car Owner Champion, passed away Friday in New Orleans at the age of 71. Originally based in Huntington, W.V., Enslow campaigned his Performance Research/DJ Construction #9 from 1981-1983, racking up an impressive 14 "top-10" finishes with driver Mark Alderson. Their best finish was a third place in the 1983 Hoosier Hundred in Indianapolis.
