The 2014 season has started off great so far. Port City Raceway hosted the season opener for the Powr-i/Powr-i West Midgets on March 22nd and 23rd. I missed the main event on Saturday by two spots, but I did make the big show Sunday rolling off in the 22nd starting spot and finishing a solid 15th with an Ecotech engine. Yay!!!! Winter is finally, kind of, over. I was able to get out and get some practice laps in down at Elko last weekend. St. Croix Valley Quarter Midget Association is having it's inaugural race on Saturday, April 26. This is a new Quarter Midget Club added to QMA Region 7 this year. We will be running on the dirt at the Cedar Lake Indoor Arena. I will be running 1 car at the Arena on Saturday's and 3 car's at Elko on Sunday's. Busy, but doing what I love! Hope...more
