Shenandoah, VA……..Scott Hunter of Wald Lake, Mich. is the new point leader in USAC’s Eastern HPD Midget Series after winning Saturday night’s 30-lap feature at Shenandoah Speedway. He passed Tyler Corriher on lap 21 and led the rest of the way to beat fast qualifier Blaine Leydig, Chris Lamb, Calvin Carroll and Jessica Bean. Corriher led the first 10 laps. Hunter is now two laps ahead of Lamb entering a May 9 race at Altamahaw, N.C.
