The 2022 season got underway for Terre Haute, Ind., native Bryce Norris on Sunday afternoon at Atomic Speedway (Chillicothe, Ohio) aboard his Platinum Lawncare No. 37 Sprint Car. With 17 IMCA RaceSaver 305 Sprint Cars entered, Norris followed up the 10th-fastest qualifying lap with a fifth-to-fourth run in his heat race. Starting the $500-to-win A-Main in eighth, Bryce improved two spots to register a sixth-place finish. (Chris Anderson photo)

Due to the weather yesterday and potential weather that may continue to move through the area we are having to reschedule our ASCS Sooner Region Sprint Opener to another day. This is an amazing addition to Tulsa Speedway with the new construction of the building which has VIP & Regulars ticketing windows , bathrooms, concession, merchandise and offices. We also wanted to show how much we car about our Handicap fans that come to our events, we have made a easy access concreate ramp that leads to a 17 feet deep by 39 feet long section right under the tower for great viewing. I-90 Speedway will host the annual car show and practice day on Saturday, April 30 – one week before the 2022 season begins with racing action. The day will start with the car show running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lots of Sunshine Foods and The Pizza Ranch in Hartford.
