Driver Profile

Corey began racing 80cc karts at the age of 10 and won his first ever race that he entered at the Apex Kart Racing complex in Perris, CA. He went on to win multiple races, a championship, and Rookie of the Year honors before moving to the 100cc class in his next season. After progressing through the 100cc and 125cc classes over the next few years, we decided it was time for a bigger challenge and moved up to the California Lightning Sprint series. In his first year he scored five top 5 finishes and was crowned Rookie of the Year.

2010 - Karting
*3 Wins in the 100cc cadet class at PAK
*3 Podiums in the 100cc cadet class at So Cal Sprinters
*2 Podiums at So Cal Sprinters in first 2 races (125cc)
2011 - Karting
*4 Podiums in 7 races in the 125cc class
*Finished 6th in points despite missing 4 races
2012 - Karting
*2 Podiums in 3 races at LAKC
*Won the Los Angeles Karting Championship finale at California Speedway in October
2014 - California Lightning Sprints
*3 Heat Race Wins
*5 Top Five Finishes
*4th in Overall Points
*Crowned 2014 Rookie of the Year
