Driver Profile

Scotty is a 17 year old who has been racing since he was 3 years old. He started riding on the dunes as a baby and then began racing on his own quad at 3. He continued racing his quads for a few years and won on a regular basis. Scotty started breaking bones and we discovered that he had brittle bone disease. We took a few years off to heal. Then at 10 years old he moved into a 125 cc outlaw kart. Within a couple years he was in a 250cc and then a 500cc. He now races in several different states on a regular basis. In 2015, We were fortunate to meet Ron Osborne from Oregon Outlaw Speed Shop. We soon became a house driver for him. His help has been instrumental in getting Scotty to where he is today. Being on a traveling Kart team has been very fun. As a junior in high school, he has started racing a sprint car as a house driver at Coos Bay Speedway and has earned fast qualifier time at every race he has been at. He has now won a heat race and also a main event. His goal right now is to get track championship at Cottage Grove in the Outlaw Kart and at Coos Bay in the sprint car, giving him 3 track championships at three different tracks all in one year! Let's hope we can make that happen. Without the help of our sponsors and family and friends that are supportive we would not be where we are today.
