Most memorable moment in racing? In the Quarter Midgets, I won 4 Track Championships, 46 A-Mains and the 2010 Region 2 Eastern States Race along with breaking a 9 year old Track Record in The Heavy Honda class which still stands to this day. Winning my first feature in the 600Micro Sprint was Memorable as well, as we worked very hard to make the transition from the quarter midgets to the bigger micro sprint. And in 2012, winning the B-Main at Brewerton Speedway in the 360 Sprint Car by beating some very good cars was very memorable also as I had lots of friends and family there that night. In 2013, winning my first heat race, setting fast time for the night and contending for the A-Main win, all on the same night at Canandaigua Speedway. Becoming the youngest driver to ever qualify for the I.S.M.A Supermodified portion of the Budweiser International Classic Weekend at Oswego Speedway, in my very first time in a super was quite an accomplishment as well.
Most embarrassing moment in racing? When I was 8 years old and racing in the Junior Honda Class in the quarter midgets, I was dominating an A-Main race and winning by half a lap, I took the white flag and went down the backstretch I was so excited I started pumping my fist out of the roll cage, when I went to put my hand back on the wheel to make the entry into turn 3, I jerked the wheel too hard and spun the car out, I never took the checkered flag and finished last! My dad was cool about it and said, “Well, at least we got that out of the way early in your career”

Influences in Racing: My father, he has worked on race cars and with various race teams for over 30 years, at the shop he teaches me a lot and has had me working on my cars since I was 6 years old. My grandfather, he has been involved in racing for almost 50 years, as a driver first and then as a car owner. He has always prided himself on a solid maintenance program and maintaining a good clean safe race car, he says that “races and championships are won in the shop” and I feel that a lot of my success at such a young age in because they both have taught me that there’s more to racing than just driving the car.

Anything else you would like to tell your fans: I come from a racing family, my father has been involved in racing his whole life, and my mother grew up supporting her father as he was a car owner that has fielded cars at Oswego Speedway and on the I.S.M.A circuit, he then moved on to the USAC Silver Crown Series, he has had some very good talented drivers in his cars over the years, such as Johnny Heidenreich, J.J. Yelley, P.J. Jones, Eric Gordon, Paul White, Joe Gosek, Lou Cicconi and Dave McKnight. With the knowledge and sponsor support and resources in the industry that we have, I am proud and honored to add my name to this list of drivers who have driven for Mucci Motorsports. I’d like to thank my fans, friends and family for all of their support throughout my career. Although my career is just getting started, I can only promise my fans that there are better things to come and you will see the “Salt City Outlaw” in Victory Lane very soon.
