2nd year racing. Just out here having fun!
I worked on race cars for years and even built a mod back in the 90s. I took a break from racing while raising my sons. 3 years ago, my younger brother Shawn bought a late model and began competing in the Late Model division at Shawano speedway which recharged that racing itch.

September of 22 I bough a used Shaw mod chassis and spent the winter switching it over to compete as an IMCA sport mod.

My number is a shout out to the late, great Russ Scheffler. He was my racing Idol since 1989.
