Driver Profile

My name is Daniel King, I am a 22-year-old young man, who has been around racing my whole life. I’m a Third generation racer who grew up watching my grandfather, and my dad race. I not only race in The Conroe Community; I was born and raised here, having great ties in the community. I have been racing since the age of 13, and I can’t imagine doing anything else in life. Racing is my life. Racing is not only something I see as fun; it’s also a challenge that comes with passion, determination, and strategy. All skills that I will use later on in life to help me to achieve my dreams. Being a professional race car driver has always been by dream and biggest goal. My many successes in my early racing career highlights only the beginning of what I’m setting out to accomplish. I know that I have what it takes to be one of the most successful drivers of my time, and I’m very excited for what lies ahead.
Not only am I a race car driver I’m a full time student. I believe in setting and achieving goals for becoming a success in life. My goals are to not only be successful in my racing career, but to become a mechanical engineer. Skills that I have learned from racing, but hope to expand and master through my schooling. I like to share my knowledge of racing with my fellow racers, to be there when they need help, and to make sure that they succeed. I believe in contributing back to those who have helped me succeed in life, and to plant the seeds for the next gen of racing. I want to be both a positive remodel and dream achiever for others to fallow.
