AKA “Quick Mic”, “Tricky Mickey” and “Master Mechanic” no shortage of nick names here.
Mickey has been Johnny’s Car Chief, since 2008, when Johnny first started racing a Bandolero.
Mickey has the amazing ability to watch what Johnny is doing on the track and make the needed adjustments and give him advice on what to do and how to do it on the race track.
Mickey an extremely talented and knowledgeable race car driver who of all things happens to have his talent on the track match and possibly exceed as a Legend car mechanic.
Mickey has been patient with Johnny though the stages of him as a driver, although Mickey is a few years older than Johnny he shares his experiences.
Mickey is not only Johnny’s Car Chief, coach, mentor but when the situation calls his protector. As a few have found out the hard way.
Mickey’s dedication, can be explained by a race he could not be at the track for, the first race he missed in years, he called 3 or 4 times during the day to make certain everything was OK.
The reason for his absence, he was the Best Man for his friend’s wedding.
Mickey, also has performed a few all-nighter’s, to fix the previous nights problems, with an extensive network of friends that he can call on for help when needed to get the car back on the track for the next day’s race are very much appreciated.
Mickey may have a new role this year, Driver, as he has his own Legend car.
Johnny and Mickey both are in the US Legend Cars Pro Division for 2015 they could be competing directly against each other.
