September 5, 2015 brought the 7th win for the 7p K&N Filter, Hoosier Tire, Lucas Oil, Simpson, Joe's Racing Products, Seros Racing Engines, Buchanan Auto Electric, and Rago & Son Super 600 micro at Plaza Park Raceway in Visalia, CA. Jake led all 30 laps with tough competition hot on his heals. Winning the 7th win of his rookie year meant a lot to Jake and the team. "I was like Lightning McQueen with my tongue out for that win" Jake said after the race. His motor blew coming out of turn 2 and still got the win! He wasn't sure if he had won or not but he finally hears that it is true and cant stop himself from jumping around in excitement.

It all came down to the last race on September 12, 2015 at Lemoore Raceway in Lemoore, CA. Jake became the first to win the King of California Champion titles back to back in different classes in his rookie years. The 12 year old Super 600 micro sprint driver came into the night 5 points behind the leader to win the title and the main event as well at Lemoore Champion and Bud Grand Prix titles.

As you aware, Jake was involved in a racing accident on September 26, 2015 at Plaza Park Raceway. Due to the injuries, Jake unable to attend the California Cup at Lemoore Raceway in October and the Turkey Bowl at Delta Speedway in Stockton, CA on October 23 - 24th. Hattiesburg Speedway- Finished 7th in the feature.Got behind the 8 ball early at Hattiesburg, MS for the opening night of speed week. Had a rock knock a hole in the radiator in hot laps, managed to pinch the tube and slow the leak enough to just make the dash.
