The Chief Judge of the USAC Court of Appeals has rescinded the penalties assessed to driver Levi Jones and car entrant Tony Stewart Racing as a result of an incident arising from the August 25 “Sprint Car Smackdown” USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car race at Kokomo, Ind. which also involved driver Jon Stanbrough. Macon, IL- Kyle Schuett took the Schuett Racing, Inc. owned Illiana Insurance Agency and Progressive Propane sponsored 30s Runaway from fourth to first in his heat race at the famed mighty Macon Speedway on September 29th. This excellent run landed Kyle on the outside of the front row for the 20 lap feature. After the checkered flag flew and the dust settled, Kyle brought home a respectable sixth place finish for Schuett Racing, Inc. in a 41 car field.
