It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our friend and team member, Louie Armey. Louie passed away Saturday night after a courageous battle with cancer. Louie has been a fixture at Skagit Speedway for the past 50 years, he's worked side by side with our team for the past 20 years. We're going to miss his smile and his friendship. Race Fans and Race Teams Mel Decker, Owner/Driver of the #22 Modified was taken to the hospital with a serious condition to both of his legs. He was diagnosed with a blood clot and an aneurysm in his right leg. After a six hour surgery the doctors were able to save his leg and get the blood to start flowing correctly. Alger, WA – On a rapid night of racing at Skagit Speedway, Chase Goetz collected his first win in the Budweiser 360 Sprint division in a highly entertaining main event.
