Perris Auto Speedway the backdrop for the 2021 Oval Nationals. 36 cars traveled from far and wide to run wheel to wheel with some of the nations best non wing sprint car drivers. The competition was over a 3 day span and saw alot of high and lows for all the teams in attendance. Pretty cool to see I had the 2nd largest 410 Sprint Feature Gain in 2021 according to Sprint Car Ratings. On 8/7 at Lawrenceburg Speedway, I started 21st in the feature but raced my way up to a 4th place finish! Lincoln Park Speedway will be opening its season on Sunday, April 10th. Sprints, Modifieds, Super Stocks, and Bombers will be in action. Pit Gate opens at 1pm and Main Gate opens at 2pm. Hot Laps will be at 3pm and Racing will begin at 4pm. Indiana Open Wheel Racing Fest and Fireworks has been moved to Saturday, April 16th.

Started off my night at Lawrenceburg Speedway great. Finished 3rd fastest in hot laps and won my heat! Started on the pole in the Feature, but the #10 Epoxy Systems International Sprint was way too tight in turns 1-2 and I couldn't hammer into them like I needed to, so I finished 6th. A good night in the Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series season opener. It was my first time racing at Montpelier Speedway. The #10 Epoxy Systems International was 3rd fastest in qualifying. I placed 3rd in my heat and finished 8th in the Feature. Will take a Top 8 racing against some excellent Sprint Car drivers.

Ensign Wins A Wild One At Lincoln...

With the warmer temps finally on a Saturday at LPS 18 non wings were in the house. Qualifying was led by Geoff Ensign in group one with a 13.518 and Brent Beauchamp in group two with a 13.459. Both of these guys definitely showed their speed in the heats also as they both won their heats coming from the 4th spot. Starting to think Mother Nature isn't a fan of Sprint Car Racing as rain again cancelled tonight's race. Next Saturday, I'll be racing the #10 Epoxy Systems International in the newly combined King of the Midwest/Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series race at Lawrenceburg Speedway.
