DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Sept. 29, 2021) - With the KKM Giveback Classic presented by Velox Racing on the horizon for the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by the Hi Plains Building Division, officials have announced the upcoming format for the Restricted ‘A’ Class portion of the event.
Taking place on October 20-23, 2021 at Port City Raceway in Tulsa, the Wednesday, October 20 date will be a practice night for both classes competing at the KKM Giveback Classic event.
Thursday, October 21 and Friday, October 22 – NOW600 National Restricted Micros
Heat Races: Drivers will draw for heat race starting positions. Heat races will be 8-laps in distance.
Qualifiers: The Top 40 in passing points from the heat races will go directly into 4-10 car qualifiers with a 24-car invert. Qualifiers will be 10 laps. Drivers not in the Top 40 will be placed at the back of a B-Main.
B & A-Mains: Passing points will be combined from the heats and qualifiers to set the B and A-Main lineup straight up. B-Mains will be 15 laps and the A-Main will be 25 laps.
The Top 6 in event points between Thursday and Friday will lock into Saturday’s feature event. Everyone else will be lined straight up by event points into a Qualifier on Saturday.
Saturday, October 23 – NOW600 National Restricted Micros
Qualifiers: Drivers not locking in from the Thursday and Friday qualifying nights will be placed in a 12 lap Qualifier (max of 5 qualifiers). The Top 2 in each Qualifier will transfer straight up in the A-Main.
B-Mains: Drivers not transferring in the Top 2 from the Qualifier will go into a 15-lap B-Main (max of 3 B’s). Number of transfers will depend on number of B-Mains. 6 spots will be open to transfer to the A-Main straight up.
A-Main: 40-laps and $3,000 to win

Heat Races: 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11
Qualifiers: 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21
B-Mains: 35 to all
A-Main: 100, 97, 94, 91, 88, 85, 82, 79, 76, 73, 70, 68, 66, 64, 62, 60, 58, 56, 54, 52, 51, 50.
