POWRi National Midgets & Micros Invade Illinois for the Final Time in 2021

Belleville, IL. (09/7/2021) Lucas Oil POWRi National Midget League and the Lucas Oil POWRi Micro Sprint League Presented by Engler Machine & Tool will be back in action this weekend. Drivers and teams will invade the state of Illinois for the final time in 2021. The Annual Carolyn Schuh & Herb Barlow Memorial will be held this Friday, September 10th at Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville, IL. Saturday, September 11th show for the Annual Tom Knowles Memorial will be held at Spoon River Speedway in Canton, IL.

The last time these memorial races were held dates back to 2019, both shows in 2020 at the speedways fell due to rain. The last driver to become victorious at these events in a Midget at both Jacksonville and Spoon River, was none other than Logan Seavey behind the wheel of his No.67 KKM Midget.

The Lucas Oil POWRi Micro Sprint League Presented by Engler Machine & Tool will only be participating at the Bob Harlow Memorial at Jacksonville Speedway Friday, September 10th. The last driver to visit victory lane at this specific event back in 2019 was Aaron Andruskevitch.
