After the annual Knoxville Nationals break, the Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series resumes action with 11 dates remaining on the 2021 schedule, including several annual specials. Action resumes in a festive way on Aug 21-22 with a pair of favorites, the $3600 to win, $360 to start Kenosha County Fair / Roger Iles Tribute at Wilmot Raceway is Saturday, followed by Angell Park Speedway and the town of Sun Prairie's Corn Fest celebration on Sunday. Sunday August 29th is the 10th annual Bill Waite Jr Memorial at the Dirt Oval @ Route 66 (Joliet, IL) which will pay $6000 to win and $500 to start in a great Sprint / Late Model combo. It's a Labor Day Wisconsin threesome Sept 3-5 with a trio of popular events beginning Friday with the annual Harry Neitzel Tribute at the Dodge County Fairgrounds. Saturday is Round 4 for the Hopf Farms Bullring Showdown held at the Plymouth Dirt Track during the Sheboygan County Fair. Sunday is a short ride over to 141 Speedway and the Hopf Farms finale. September 10-11 begins Friday in Seymour, WI (Home of the Hamburger) and the Outagamie Speedway before heading up to Cedar Lake Speedway on Saturday for the annual Jerry Richert Memorial, one of the crown jewels on the IRA schedule. The IRA will be racing somewhere on Sept 18th though as of this writing the location has not been finalized. The season concludes with another doubleheader Sept 24-25 beginning with the Checkered Classic at the Dodge County half-mile Friday combining the annual Rick Schmidt Memorial and is also the rain date for the inaugural Fuzzy Fassbender Classic, which was lost to weather back in May.
