Hartland, Wisconsin (July 2nd, 2021) – Bill kicked off the 4th of July weekend early with fireworks of his own by claiming his 4th victory in a row with the Bumper to Bumper IRA Sprints, and 5th of the season. The feature was a back-to-back win at Plymouth Dirt Track at Sheboygan County Fair Park for the 10X IRA Champion.

Just a few weeks after collecting his 1st career All Stars Circuit of Champions win at the co-sanctioned IRA/All Star Circuit of Champions race at Plymouth Dirt Track, the North Pole Nightmare bested a strong IRA field, including NASCAR Cup series star Chase Briscoe, to claim his 132nd career IRA feature win. The continued rain in the Midwest created heavy and rough track conditions for the drivers competing in front of the full capacity crowd.

“The track was tough, it was not an easy win.” said Balog, driver of the #17B. The place was packed, it was great to win in front of all the fans. It’s incredible, I can’t thank the fans enough for all the support. Conditions were totally different than when we ran here last time, we made changes on the car all night.”

“This thing is a true team effort. It was great to have Mike Gaulke from Anderson’s Maple Syrup here and to get a win with J & K Summerfield Alignment Services on the car for the night. I have to thank John Degnitz, from Rocky Rococo's of Sheboygan, for driving down to Fairbury, IL to pick up merchandise for us. There are so many people to thank; Dennis, Austin, Natalie, Greg and Kelsey Renderman and all the sponsors. It takes every one of them to put us in a position to win races.” said Balog, the North Pole, AK native and Hartland, WI resident.

After capturing their 5th win in Wisconsin of 2021, the team is unsure when their next race will be back in their home state.
