ASCS Elite Non-Wing Series Rolling Into Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track

Bryan Hulbert – FORT WORTH, Texas (July 1, 2021) What makes a Monday better? Sprint Cars.

More specifically, Non-Wing Sprint Cars, and that is what’s coming to the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track on Monday, July 5, with the debut of the ASCS Elite Non-Wing Series presented by Abilene Powder Coating.

Round 11 on the 2021 season, Justin Zimmerman continues to lead the way with a 129 point advantage over Paul White. Closing in on White, series rookie Mason Smith holds third, with Dalton Stevens and Cody Price completing the top five.

Looking to make it ten different winners on the season, only one driver has multiple wins, with Oklahoma’s Steven Shebester turning four visits on the season into a pair of wins. Steven sits 15 in tour standings, with only Zimmerman and White scoring wins among drivers in the top ten.

Monday, July 5, Pits open at 3:00 P.M. with grandstands opening at 7:00 P.M. Racing is at 8:00 P.M. (CDT). Other divisions include Outlaw Modifieds, Southern Limited Modifieds, and Factory Stocks. Tickets are $10 for adults and free for Military, Seniors (60+), and Kids 12 and under. Pits are $40.
