Inside Line Promotions – KNOXVILLE, Iowa (June 7, 2021) – Garet Williamson’s plan to make his FloRacing All Star Circuit of Champions debut was delayed a week.

The Bryant Paver Motorsports driver intended to run four races with the series last weekend, but the team’s 410ci engines weren’t finished being freshened. That is changing this week, giving Williamson confidence rolling into Ohio Sprint Speedweek.

The team plans to compete in all eight races during a nine-day span. It will mark Williamson’s debut at all eight tracks.

“It’s always fun to run 410 stuff, especially with the competition the All Stars has,” he said.

“It will be a great learning experience getting to run that many nights in a row. In a way this year is our first year on the road since we had the pandemic that altered plans last year. We’ve learned so much. Every weekend you’re learning more and more. And the more you learn the more you look at things differently. Eight straight nights gives you an unbelievable amount to learn.”

Ohio Sprint Speedweek starts on Friday at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio. The remaining races are Saturday at Fremont Speedway in Fremont, Ohio; Monday at Wayne County Speedway in Orrville, Ohio; June 15 at Sharon Speedway in Hartford, Ohio; June 16 at Waynesfield Raceway Park in Waynesfield, Ohio; June 17 at Muskingum County Speedway in Dresden, Ohio; June 18 at Limaland Motorsports Park in Lima, Ohio; and June 19 at Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth, Ohio.

Without a 410 engine to run, Williamson and Company competed in the 360 class last Saturday at Knoxville Raceway. Williamson qualified 15th quickest and finished where he started – second – in a heat race.

“That was our best qualifying result there,” he said. “Then we led most of our heat race before Jamie (Ball) snuck by us. He’s one of the best guys there. In the feature I just struggled the first 10 laps. I couldn’t make good, clean laps on the top. Once we got strung out I got better and improved later in the race to get up to 16th.”

Williamson’s 16th-place result was his 15th top 20 of the season.
