As the cars rolled out for the PERfit A-Main, the track was starting to take rubber and promised to be a challenging track. With the drivers knowing how important position would be, the cars were pretty impatient as they came to the line. Coniam got a good start and had the lead after the first lap with Daggett getting around him in the second lap. Coniam got back around Daggett for 1st and was able to hold on for 10 more laps until Daggett got around him for good in lap 13.
Daggett snapped off the next 12 laps to take the checkered flag for his first win of the season. Coniam couldn't overtake Daggett, but he held his ground to take a second place finish, while Dalman, Ruhl and Steinebach rounded out the top 5.
