ASCS Elite Non-Wing In Action At Kennedale Speedway Park Saturday

Bryan Hulbert – KENNEDALE, Texas (June 2, 2021) Making the tour’s second trip of the 2021 season to Kennedale Speedway Park, the ASCS Elite Non-Wing Series presented by Abilene Powder Coating will invade the quarter-mile oval on Saturday, June 5.

Topped by Kyle Jones in the series’ last visit, April 25, the Kennedale native has run a limited schedule with the Elite Non-Wing Series but has captured a win, along with a pair of top-fives in three events contested.

The eighth event of the season, Justin Zimmerman leads the way into Saturday night by 106 markers. Veteran Paul White currently sits second, with Mason Smith, Dalton Stevens, and Shon Deskins making up the top five.

Saturday, June 5, goes green at 6:00 P.M. (CDT). Additional classes in action include IMCA Sport Mods, Stock Cars, Factory Stocks, Sport Compacts, and Jr. Limited Modifieds.

Admission is $16, with youth 6-11 admitted for $5. Pits are $35. Kennedale Speedway Park is located at 6727 Hudson Village Creek in Kennedale, Texas. Information on the track can be found at www.kennedalespeedwaypark.com or by calling (817) 478-7223.

The 2021 season marks the 30th year of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series presented by the MAVTV Motorsports Network, the ASCS Nation also includes 11 Regional Tours that encompass both wing and non-wing competition.
