Fairbury, Nebraska (April 14, 2021)………Wingless Sprints Oklahoma series and USAC’s Midwest Wingless Racing Association will duel at the 1/5-mile bullring of Fairbury, Nebraska’s Jefferson County Speedway this Saturday, April 17.
The events marks the season openers for both series, but the special will not pay points toward the season’s championship race. Ty Hulsey (Owasso, Okla.) notched the 2020 WSO title. and Wyatt Burks (Topeka, Kans.) enters the season as the reigning MWRA champ.
The 7th Annual Roy Cooley Memorial will feature Sprint Cars and the Jay Husker Micro Sprints. Pits open at Noon CDT with grandstands opening at 2pm, drivers meeting at 3pm and racing at 4pm.
General admission tickets are $20 for adults, with high school students and younger just $5. Kids age 5 and under are free. All access pit passes are $30. A bonfire pit party will be held at the track after the races and everyone is invited!
