Inside Line Promotions – HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (April 6, 2021) – The 2021 racing season is about to get underway in a big way for Connor Sheffield.
Following a frustrating start to the year in February when the team was plagued by misfortune during a handful of races in Florida, Sheffield is dialed in to return to his 600cc non-wing micro sprint this Friday during the Dakota Steiner Memorial at Spirit Auto Center Speedway in Swedesboro, N.J.
“We’re planning on racing in the events at Spirit Auto Center Speedway and being a regular at Linda’s Speedway when they start up there later this month,” he said. “We used the trip to Florida to test so hopefully that will pay off now that we’re getting ready to race regularly in the Northeast.”
Sheffield will be behind the wheel of his Nature’s Care and Wellness backed micro sprint this Friday.
“Nature’s Care and Wellness is a medical cannabis dispensary that educated us on the benefits of using medical cannabis,” said Sheffield, who has endured Gastrointestinal Dysmotility Pseudo-obstruction. The rare condition led to an ileostomy and it wasn’t until recently that Sheffield was able to eat food.
“We want to break the stigma of medical cannabis. I am an advocate because I’ve seen first-hand the impact it has had on giving me a happier and healthier life.”
In additional news, Sheffield is pleased to welcome a trio of new marketing partners to his team.
