2021 Perricone Western PA Racing Season

In 2020 Jim was able to relocate and get his feet wet with the stars of Western Pennsylvania 410 racing. With the help of Carl Bowser Jim started the year out in the Carl Bowser #87 at Lernerville Speedway. The team had some solid runs and Jim was able to make some good relationships with Bobby Siegel and others to set the ground work for 2021. In 2021 Jim will house his own JBMotorsports 10P out of the Bobby Siegel racing shop, formally Sadie Siegel who ran strong at Lernerville Speedway. Jim has hired Bill Robinson, ex Sammy Swindell crew chief to turn the wrenches on the car for 2021. Bill has been crew chief on many 410 Western PA sprint car teams over the last few years.
Jim is excited to say Lernerville Speedway will be his home track for Friday nights. Now that Sharon Speedway has added multiple 410 shows on Saturdays, doubleheader weekends are the focus for 2021. Pennsylvania Motor Speedway and Michael's Mercer Raceway also have some solid 410 shows for 2021. Jim will also make his first runs at Tri City Raceway Park on some scattered Sunday evenings.
The team is looking at World of Outlaw events at Bristol Motor Speedway in April and possible Kings Royal at Eldora in July. Jim will be at the World of Outlaw Sharon Speedway show in May and the Two Lernerville Speedway shows. Jim is considering some of the All-Star Sprints shows that will be in the area.
This will be Jim's 25th season racing Sprint cars and his most aggressive schedule year to date. Currently looking at 27 races for the 2021 season. Jim will be driving his familiar J&J Auto Racing 10P, under the JBMotorsports banner. Jim will have Gaerte Racing engines, Carl Bowser Racing, Bell Helmets, Butlerbuilt Seats, Mission Linen Supply, Kreitz Oval Parts and Elite Wings as sponsors in 2021. The team is seeking weekend sponsors for large events on the schedule and to partner with perspective companies.
