In the FK Rod Ends Heat Race #1 , current series point leader Chris Donnelly broke as the cars were lining up to take the green flag and returned to pit area to work on the issue. Jake Williams led all eight laps followed by Floyd Billington , and Jim Lowery.

Now it was starting to feel like a full moon instead of a heavy thunderstorm approaching with mechanical issues and many cautions in the other divisions. After the invert the field was set for the NGK Sparkplugs Feature event with Floyd Billington and Tyler Austin pacing the field to the green flag. Billington would get the jump and going into turn four Will Hull spun from his fourth place starting spot to bring out a caution. You now have Hull , Donnelly, and Dow restarting from the tail which could be good to watch. Billington would jump out to the lead and on lap seven Travis Billington would spin in turn four and continue on , but as he was doing that Mike Horsch spun to avoid Billington and with no place to go collected Clay Dow and Will Hull up on Dow's right rear. Horsch and Dow would be done for the night. On the restart it was side by side with Jake Williams gaining to top spot over Billington with Donnelly right there as well. Donnelly got to second and was chasing Williams down and Hull was up to fourth on lap sixteen. Caution comes out for a spin by Caleb Lamson in turn four which collected Wade Prentice. Under caution second place Donnelly heads to the pit area with a right rear flat and found some other damage and did not return. With second place points runner Hull still charging to the front he may be able to gain in the title hunt. On the restart it was Williams getting out in front of Floyd Billington and Hull. Lap twenty saw Hull take the second spot and try to chase down Williams . At the finish it was Jake Williams taking down the win followed by Will Hull in second and Floyd Billington third. Jim Lowery ran a good race to finish fourth with Tyler Austin the top five. In victory lane all three drivers were given an autographed poster of 2020 Ms. Motorsports along with there trophies.
