Bryan Hulbert – MONROE, La. (September 5, 2020) Landing his sixth career victory with the ASCS Mid-South Region, Tim Crawley was the class of the field Saturday night at the ASCS Mid-South/Lone Star Region debut at Dirt on the Rev.
Rolling through the field from seventh, Crawley worked the hub of the Louisiana oval in the Ronnie Pitts Motorsports No. 1x. Moving from fourth to second with a three-wide move following a mid-race restart, Tim was in pursuit of Koty Adams. Working into traffic with a handful of laps to run, Crawley secured the lead off the second turn.
Keeping the field at bay on a restart with six laps to go, Crawley pulled away by a half straightaway. Koty Adams held on for second with Ernie Ainsworth third. Channin Tankersley and Dustin Gates completed the top five.
Cody Gardner was sixth with Joseph Miller, Paxton Gregory, Blake Jenkins, and Cody Stacy, making up the top ten.
The ASCS Mid-South Region rolls again on Saturday, September 12, at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Ark. The race is the last warmup before the COMP Cams Short Track Nationals.
