IRA has Huge Labor Day Weekend Schedule

The Bumper To Bumper IRA Outlaw Sprint Series has a big September schedule in Wisconsin planned, beginning with a Tripleheader this Labor Day weekend, Sept 4-6. The weekend tap opens this Friday at the Dodge County Fairgrounds, located just outside Beaver Dam, for the annual Harry Neitzel Tribute. Saturday moves over to the Plymouth Dirt Track for “what should have been the Sheboygan Co Fair races,”, but while the Fair is not happening, the racing tradition still is. Plymouth is also Round 4 of the Hopf Farms Bullring Showdown mini series. Joining in a support role will be the MSA 360’s both Friday and Saturday. Sunday the IRA takes a short drive over to the 141 Speedway for the finale of the Hopf Farms Bullring Showdown at the popular uniquely shaped venue that traditionally provides plenty of drama. Sept 11 has IRA at the Outagamie Speedway in Seymour, and then Sept 12 is one of IRA’s Crown Jewels, the running of the annual Jerry Richert Memorial at Cedar Lake, which is all sprint cars! Saturday the 19th is the annual Scott Semmelmann Memorial at Beaver Dam Raceway with the AutoMeter WIsconsin WingLESS Sprints also on the card. The season is projected to conclude Sept 25-26 with the combo Rick Schmidt / Fuzzy Fassbender Memorial event at the Dodge County half-mile on Friday, again with MSA 360 support. And September concludes with the Wisconsin State Sprint Car Championship on Saturday the 26th, at the Plymouth Dirt Track which also includes championship night for the MSA/PDTR 360’s and WI wingLESS Sprints. Come join us in WIsconsin for a great month of sprint car racing.
