Belleville, IL. (07/21/2020) Trying to return to some sort of normalcy in the racing season this year the POWRi Lucas Oil NMMRA Non-Wing Sprint series will once again see racing action at Sandia Speedway in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For the second time in as many weeks the NMMRA Sprints and Sandia Speedway pair-up for outstanding traditional sprinter competition.
Fresh-off the subsequent 360 Non-Wing show for POWRi NMMRA, Sandia Speedway would host fourteen sprint cars with all drivers starting the A-main.
Caleb Saiz #99 would start the feature from third, wasting no time to take the lead on lap three. Pulling away from the field, the speedy Saiz would lap up to the seventh position. Randy Smith #26 had a fast ride keeping pace with the leader eventually placing second as Clint Miller #58 rounded out the podium finishers.

POWRi NMMRA and Alien Speedway (Rue Stone) are proud to announce the addition of a Non-Wing 360 race at Alien Speedway in Roswell, New Mexico. Saturday, August 8th fans will be allowed to attend, and season points will be awarded for this POWRi NMMRA event. More details coming soon including entry and payout structures.
