Braydon Cromwell #4 would also record his own history-making run, becoming the youngest traditional sprinter to ever take to the iconic racing surface. Gaining starting positions in both events at Knoxville last year, Riley Kreisel #91 rides a hot streak into Iowa, having won the last three races in 2020. With Wesley Smith #12 gaining a heat race victory, Anthony Nicholson #16, and Wyatt Burks #11w all making their marks, notching starting spots in the main events of both nights.
Gates open each night at Knoxville at 5:30 pm Central with hot laps set for 6:45 pm. POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League members will receive show-up points only for both nights of competition. All drivers and teams competing in this event that possess a USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car license will be awarded 50 appearance points each night of the Corn Belt Nationals, which will go toward the USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car championship standings.
