Inside Line Promotions – OWASSO, Okla. (June 18, 2020) – TBJ Promotions is pleased to announce that the NOW600 Series Winged ‘A’ Class portion of the upcoming 5th annual Midget Round Up presented by Burtis Motor Company will be named in honor of the late Brandon Barbo.
The main event for the division on July 3-4 at Airport Raceway in Garden City, Kan., will be titled the Brandon Barbo Memorial.
“We’re honored to have Brandon’s name on the event,” TBJ Promotions Founder Tony Bruce Jr. said. “His father, Ben, has been a long-time supporter of Airport Raceway and the events we have going on. What better way than Fourth of July Weekend to represent his company – Direct Fireworks – and to honor his son.”
NOW600 Series Restricted ‘A’ Class micro sprints will also be on the program both nights along with midgets sanctioned by the POWRi Lucas Oil West Midget League and the Rocky Mountain Midget Racing Association.
Additionally, TBJ Promotions is excited to add Randy Washburn and Rapid Cost to the list of event supporters.
Tickets for the 5th annual Midget Round Up are $15 for adults on July 3 and $20 on July 4. Children ages 12-years-old and younger get in free both nights.
The front gates are scheduled to open at 4 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. each night.
