Belleville, IL. (06/09/2020) After late-night discussions and at the request of the Helm family due to personal reasons, POWRi and Valley Speedway officials have rescheduled the date of the Helm Memorial. The annual event held in Grain Valley, Missouri that has grown into a proving ground for the “who’s who” of traditional sprinters around the Kansas City racing area. Originally slated for this Saturday, June 13th, POWRi Lucas Oil WAR Sprint League drivers will now compete at Valley Speedway on Saturday, July 18th.
Pit-Gates will be open all day to allow for competitors to unload and prepare for the night’s racing action. Driver’s Registration will be held between 4-6pm with Hot Laps starting at 6:45, racing to follow. For more information visit valleyspeedway.com, or find them on Facebook and Twitter.
