Donnellson, IA. (05/29/2020) Pepsi Lee County Speedway will see a bit of normalcy returned to their roaring-racing program on Friday, June 5th with grandstands re-opening for spectators for the first time in 2020.
POWRi Lucas Oil WAR and Iowa Sprint Leagues will combine forces for one-of-a-kind thrilling racing action, with $3000 to win and $300 to start, traditional sprint-car competitors from all corners of the country will congregate on south-east Iowa for some fast Friday night fun on the Fairgrounds. IMCA Sport Mod’s will also be in attendance in support of the night’s racing event.
Limited General Admission tickets will be available for purchase online at http://market.myracepass.com/store/tickets/?i=1209300&store=11903, with remaining tickets available at the front gate, tickets are 100% refundable. Adults: $15, Seniors: (60+) $13, Veterans: $12, Kids 8 & Under get in the grandstands free.
With no limits on the amount of pit entries, pit-gates will open at 4:00 pm, driver’s registration will be from 4:00-6:00 pm. Driver’s meeting will be held at 6:15 pm with engine heat at 6:30 pm. Hot Laps begin at 7:00 pm with racing to follow. Pit pass prices will be $35 for the event.
