CLEVELAND, Texas (May 25, 2020) - Jacob Lucas and Kamirin Cook each picked up wins on Saturday night at 105 Speedway with the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Ark-La-Tex Region and POWRi Lonestar 600's.
A field of 42 Stock Non-Wing Micros and 14 Restricted 'A' Class Micro were on hand for the Saturday night showdown.
Jacob Lucas ran to victory in Stock Non-Wing competition with Caleb Martin crossing in the second spot. Third went to Maverick Elkins with Weldon Buford fourth and Chelby Hinton the top five.
Aaron Barmore from 15th finished sixth. Johnny Boland was seventh at the line. Bash Ferguson crossed in eighth with Colton Corbin ninth and Blake Moeller the top ten.
Lucas, Elkins, Buford, Mike Walling and Oscar Aguilera each took heat wins. Kamirin Cook and Dustin Maxwell won B-Mains.
In Restricted 'A' Class competition, Kamirin Cook picked up the feature event win from third. Kinsley Cook was second with Kaden Trotter in third. Rylie Yates crossed in fourth with Thomas Hall, Jr. fifth.
Caiden Mitchell finished sixth from 14th. Stephen Yates finished seventh. Eighth went to Brannon Lucas. Braydon Spurlock and Andrew Clark the top ten.
Both Cook sisters won heat races.
On deck for the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division will be a trip to Sabine Motor Speedway on Friday, May 29.
