With rain falling this morning at Park Jefferson, the track crew has been unable to get on the track and wouldn't be able to begin track prep until this afternoon. As a result, officials have cancelled the Pepsi South Dakota Sprint Car Nationals and will look for a possible makeup date. Tickets for today will be refunded along with the IMCA class track entry fees.
The next event at Park Jefferson Speedway will be the first ever All Stars vs IRA 410 Sprint Car show. Drivers expected to be on hand include Tony Stewart, Aaron Reutzel, Bill Balog and more. Joining them Friday is the IMCA Sport Modifieds and Saturday the IMCA Stock Cars.
