After discussions with USMTS Preseident Todd Staley, it was decided to postpone the USMTS portion of the Memorial Day racing program as a number of drivers were already making plans to head home due to the forcast. Park Jefferson is going to tentatively reschedule the event for Monday, June 15th with more details to come.
The Pepsi South Dakota Sprint Car Nationals sanctioned by the MSTS paying $3,000 to win is still on the schedule for tomorrow along with the IMCA RACESaver Sprint Cars and IMCA Sport Modifieds. The track team is working to attempt to dry the racetrack to a point where we can begin track prep..
For any fans who have purchased advance tickets and no longer plan to come with the cancellation of the USMTS program can recieve a refund by emailing adam@parkjeff.com prior to the start of tomorrows event.
