Sprint Car Invasion at Park Jefferson over Memorial Day Weekend

A special weekend of racing is coming to Park Jefferson Speedway as the Midwest Sprint Touring Series and the Nebraska 360 Sprint Cars invade Park Jefferson Speedway twice of Memorial Day Weekend.

Kicking it off will be the annual Memorial Weekend Clash featuring the Nebraska 360 Sprint Cars vs the MSTS. This annual battle pits the best of North vs South as the border battle comes to a head to decide who is best. Drivers such as Jack Dover, Cody Ledger and more will come north to take on Jody Rosenboom, Lee Grosz Jr and others. Joining them are the IMCA Modifieds in a IMCA Fast Shafts Qualifying event, plus hobby stocks and stock cars.

On Monday, the sprint cars return as the Midwest Sprint Touring Series sanctions the South Dakota Sprint Car Nationals. Originally scheduled to be run on April 24-25, teams will run for the right to call themselves the king of the Mt Rushmore State. Defending champion is Eric Lutz of Sioux Falls, but a number of invaders are expected to challenge for the $3,000 top spot. Joining them are the USMTS, RACESaver Sprints and non sanctioned sport modifieds.
