Lucas Oil NOW600 Series Opens Season This Weekend at Superbowl Speedway

Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Feb. 24, 2020) – The eighth campaign for the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division gets underway this weekend.

The series invades Superbowl Speedway in Greenville, Texas, on Friday and Saturday with its three featured divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class – racing both nights.

It marks the fourth time in the last five years that the season is scheduled to open at the oval, which has hosted half of the 26 events in Texas during the history of the series.

Frank Flud leads the way with a trio of Stock Non-Wing wins and four Winged ‘A’ Class victories at Superbowl Speedway. Ryder Laplante sits atop the all-time series wins list in the Restricted ‘A’ Class division with four triumphs at the track.

The pit gate opens at 4 p.m. with hot laps at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The drivers meeting is slated for 5:45 p.m. Everything starts two hours earlier on Saturday.

General admission tickets are $12 on Friday and $15 on Saturday. Tickets for children ages 7-years-old to 11-years-old and senior citizens 65-years-old and older are $10 each day. Children ages 6-years-old and younger get in free and pit passes are $35 per person each night.
