Inside Line Promotions – AVON, Ind. (Oct. 3, 2019) – A fourth-place run highlighted Round 4 of the USAC World Championship Series on iRacing for the Swindell SpeedLab eSports Team on Wednesday at Eldora Speedway.
Adam Elby garnered the top-five result, which propelled him into ninth in the championship standings.
“We started on the bottom there and moved to the top,” he said during a post-race interview with the iRacing eSports Network. “It seemed like everybody was kind of making all the lines work. It was wherever you tuned your car to go and however you could drive it.”
Teammates Rusty Kruger, Blake Cannon and James Edens placed 13th, 16th and 17th, respectively.
Cole Cabre continues to lead the Swindell SpeedLab eSports Team in the points chase as he ranks fourth overall. Edens joins Cabre and Elby in the top 10 as he sits eighth.
The midpoint of the USAC World Championship Series is next Wednesday at Knoxville Raceway.
