ASCS Mid-South Headed For Saturday Showdown At Jackson Motor Speedway

Bryan Hulbert – TULSA, Okla. (September 25, 2019) Getting down to the final events of the 2019 season, the Stealth Recovery ASCS Mid-South Region will head for Jackson Motor Speedway in Byram, Miss. on Saturday, September 28 for the season’s final appearance at the quarter-mile oval.

In action at Jackson Motor Speedway on April 27, Derek Hagar picked up the win over the 22-car field. Going into this Saturday’s event, Tim Crawley leads tour standings by 116 markers over Ernie Ainsworth with Joseph Miller third, trailing by 240 points. Blake Jenkins and Derek Hagar currently round out the top five in points.

Saturday, September 28 at Jackson Motor Speedway includes Durrence Layne 602 Sportsman, Durrence Layne Street Stocks, Open Wheel Modifieds, Factory Stocks, and Hot Shots along with the Stealth Recover ASCS Mid-South Region. Gates will open at 5:00 P.M. with Hot Laps going green at 6:30 P.M. (CT). Admission is $20 for adults, $16 for Seniors and Military, $10 for youth 7-12, and free for kids six years and younger.

Jackson Motor Speedway is located at 5448 Old Byram Rd. in Byram, Mississippi.
