Inside Line Promotions – GREENVILLE, Texas (Sept. 7, 2019) – Brady Ross and Ryder Laplante reached Victory Lane on Saturday evening during the final Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies visit to Superbowl Speedway this season.
Ross captured both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class main events while Laplante won the Restricted ‘A’ Class feature.
Ross maneuvered from third to score his first career Stock Non-Wing triumph with the series. Chelby Hinton placed second with Colton Corbin third, Jason Tyer fourth and Bash Ferguson fifth.
Weldon Buford and Hinton were the heat race winners.
Ross was also victorious from the third starting position in the Winged ‘A’ Class main event, earning his second career victory with the series and first this season. Brenham Crouch was the runner up with Timothy Watson III rounding out the podium. Hinton was fourth and Noah Key recorded a fifth-place result.
Hinton, Crouch and Tyer picked up heat race victories.
Laplante bested Crouch during the Restricted ‘A’ Class feature to garner his second trip to Victory Lane with the series this season. Watson III produced a third-place outing with Joshua Gentry fourth and Conner Long fifth.
Gentry and Watson III both won a heat race.
The NOW600 Series will be off the next two weeks before resuming competition on Sept. 28 at Grayson County Speedway in Bells, Texas.
