Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (Aug. 26, 2019) – Port City Raceway hosts a marquee micro sprint race this Friday and Saturday as the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies heads to the bullring to tackle the 20th annual Pete Frazier Memorial presented by Western Flyer Xpress.
All three premier series divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class – will be in action both nights during the final two visits of the season to the track in Tulsa, Okla.
Oklahoma native Frank Flud continues to lead both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class championship standings. Flud has been dominant, winning 11 of 19 total Stock Non-Wing races to build a 147-point lead and capturing 15 of 18 Winged ‘A’ Class main events to earn a 111-point advantage.
Ryan Timms has also capitalized on double-digits wins as his 11 triumphs during 18 Restricted ‘A’ Class events has helped him to a 42-point lead in the standings.
With only eight race nights remaining each event is critical in the chase for the championship.
This weekend’s action begins at 8 p.m. on Friday and 7 p.m. on Saturday.
Adult general admission is $10, seniors and children ages 6-years-old to 12-years-old is $6 and children up to 5-years-old get in free. Veterans get in free with proper identification. Pit passes are $30.
