OSWEGO, NY (August 23, 2019) - Benjamin Moore Paint, the official paint supplier of the Oswego Speedway, has posted an additional $500 bonus for the fast four Pathfinder Bank SBS time trialers should any of them decide to start in the rear of the Bud Light Classic 75 field.
All Small Block Supermodifieds will take part in Classic Qualifying Night on Friday, August 30 with the top four in time trials being asked if they would like to start last for the opportunity to earn the bonus of $3,000 to win as opposed to $2,500.
Prior to the inversion draw, all four of the fastest Small Block Super qualifiers must make their decision and inform a track official. All four drivers may take the deal. If more than one driver elects to do so, each of them will draw for last place.
After all four drivers are asked, the fastest car will pull number eight, ten, or twelve to determine the Classic inversion draw. This inversion will set the starting lineup for the main event. The top four spots are reserved for those that have fulfilled the commitment program in 2019.
The number of cars to lock into the Classic will be determined by car count on Friday. If more than twenty four cars attend, there will be a consi run prior to the 28th annual Bud Light Classic 75 on Sunday afternoon.
