NOW600 National at Creek County Falls to Mother Nature

SAPULPA, Okla. (August 23, 2019) - Mother Nature has raked havoc once again on the Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies.

Over night and early morning rain has caused Creek County Speedway to cancel tonight’s final NOW600 National event of 2019 at the quarter-mile oval.

“The track has received over 3 inches of rain in the past 12 hours and the forecast is showing more this evening and very little sunshine to help dry the track and pits out.” Commented NOW600 Series Founder, Terry Mattox.

The NOW600 Lucas Oil National Micros will return to action on Friday-Saturday, August 30-31 at Port City Raceway in Tulsa, OK for the 20th running of the Pete Frazier Memorial presented by Western Flyer Xpress.

However, the NOW600 Tel-Star Technologies North Texas Region is in action at the RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas tonight, August 23. Then Superbowl Speedway in Greenville, Texas on Saturday. Both nights will feature Stock Non-Wing and Restricted.
