TULSA, Okla. (April 11, 2011) – With a number of track improvements in progress at the Tri-City Speedway in Pontoon Beach, IL, the decision has been made to postpone the Lucas Oil ASCS presented by K&N Filters National event originally slated for Friday, May 6.
Tri-City Speedway management and ASCS are exploring possible alternatives to reschedule the event atop the semi-banked, 3/8-mile dirt oval near St. Louis.
The Lucas Oil Sprint Cars took to Tri-City Speedway last August for the first time in series history with Sikeston, Missouri’s Jerrod Hull besting a 38-car field for his first ASCS National win in over 14 years.
