USAC WSO SPRINTS INTO KANSAS SATURDAY AT 81 SPEEDWAY
Park City, Kansas (July 8, 2019)………USAC Wingless Sprints Oklahoma makes its first foray of the season outside of the Sooner State this Saturday, July 13, when the compass points northbound to 81 Speedway in Park City, Kans.
Brett Wilson (Sapulpa, Okla.) won the round at 81 a year ago and comes into this weekend’s race as the series’ most recent winner, capturing the victory at Oklahoma Sports Park to close out June.
Wilson stands third in a tightened-up championship race, just 14 points out of the lead behind one-time 2019 winners Johnny Kent (Kiefer, Okla.) and Danny Smith (Sapulpa, Okla.) who finished second behind Wilson at 81 in 2018.
Saturday at 81 Speedway, USAC WSO is joined by the NCRA and ASCS Sooner Region Sprint Cars, plus late models and NCRA Mod Lites. Adult general admission $15, kids 11 and under are free and pit passes are $30 apiece. Gates open at 4pm with racing scheduled to begin at 7pm.
