PERU, Indiana (July 4, 2019) - Andrew Peters and Zeke Lewis cashed in on Firecracker 40 victories while Ron Dennis, Creed Kemenah, Jack Hoyer and Jacob Zimmerman also pick up wins on Wednesday night at Circus City Speedway.
106 entries signed in including 17 Winged Outlaws, 41 Non-Wing Outlaws, 17 Senior Non-Wings, 14 Winged A-Class, 11 Restricted and 6 Junior Sprints.
Andrew Peters pocketed the $1,000 to win in the Winged Outlaw Firecracker 40 event. Devan Myers crossed in the runner up spot. Third went to Emerson Axsom. Nathan Franklin finished in the fourth spot with Darin Naida bringing up the top five.
Jessee Holt, Jake Erickson, Brenton Lamb, Mike Landis and Caden Englehart were the top ten.
Naida, Connor Wolf and Myers picked up heat race wins.
In Non-Wing Outlaw competition, Zeke Lewis cashed in on a $1,000 with his win. Sam Kimmel finished in the second spot. Cole Bodine from 15th took the third spot. Ron Dennis was fourth and Wes Pinkerton ended up fifth.
Jake Moore, Laine Hite, Creed Kemenah, Blake Pence and Brandon Rose were the top ten.
Joe Leek, Dennis, Kemenah, Carson Stout and Rose picked up heat wins while Bodine and Hite scored B-Main victories.
Ron Dennis captured the Senior Non-Wing feature event. Joe Leek took the second spot with Kris Knox from 17th to third. Scott Anderson took fourth and fifth went to Dennis Corcoran.
Cory Ebersole, Richard Shinall, Jim Bolen, Chad Orr and Steve Heady rounded out the top ten.
Anderson and Dennis scored heat wins.
Creed Kemenah took the Winged A-Class victory. Parker Leek followed in second. Bryce Lucius took home the third spot. Greyson Springer was fourth and the top five rounded out with Ian Malicoat.
Blake Lamb, Jason Ormsby, Aidan Salisbury, Hudson Snyder and Andy Martin were the top ten.
Malicoat and Kemenah captured the nights heat race wins.
In the Restricted ‘A’ Class it was Jack Hoyer picking up the win. Gunnar Setser took home the runner up spot with Aiden Williamson rounding out the podium. Cale Coons took the fourth spot and Mason Hannagan the top five.
Brodie Wendel, Enrique Montileaux, Cooper Baldwin, Garrett Sautter and Aaliyah Ohab made up the top ten.
Setser and Hoyer each won a heat race.
Jacob Zimmerman returned to victory lane in the Junior Sprint Class. Kayla Martin was second. Third went to Knox Carmin. Dylan Naida crosses in fourth and JD Kimmel the top five.
Zimmerman also won the heat race.
Saturday, July 6 NOW600 Weekly Racing will continue with all six classes in action plus $600 to win Stock Class Showdown.
