NOW600 Tel-Star Mountain West Region Returning to Newcastle Speedway on Saturday

DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (July 3, 2019) - The Tel-Star Technologies Mountain West Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series will return back to Newcastle Speedway in Newcastle, Wyoming this Saturday for a Fourth of July special.

Scheduled to run Winged A-Class throughout the month of July, drivers will have to adapt back to winged racing after spending June running wingless.

Doug McIntosh leads the season point standings with just a slim one point advantage over Tom Peterson. Wren Jacobs sits in the third spot. Ryan Fulk is fourth and Nikko Bailes brings up the top five.

Jeff Wignall currently sits in sixth. Seventh is Ron Fulk with Payton Parks eighth. Brad Olson and Nick Olson round out the top ten.

The Wyoming Refining Company Independence Day Bash will feature the NOW600 Mountain West Region, Go-Karts along with Motorcycles and Quads.

Gates will open at 5pm and Racing gets underway at 7pm.

General Admission is just $5 and Kids 6 & Under are Free! Pits are $15.
