Rain/Water Concerns
We are very pleased with the amount of rainfall we received during week and excited about Friday's weather forecast. From the amount of comments we are receiving about flooding concerns and the ground not being firm, it sounds like other areas in the state received a lot more rain than Auburn, Michigan.
Monday, June 17 - Thursday, June 20, Auburn, Michigan only received a 1/2" of rain with most falling Wednesday night and Thursday morning/afternoon. The rain is done and the property is drying. The amount we received overnight is basically a great property wide dust control so we don't have to water it with the water truck.
There are some water puddle in the grass parking lots. They are the same one's that have been there since we opened in April and will probably be around until we have a drought.
We still have 24 hours of sun and wind for the 1/2" of rain to dry up and soak into the ground. We have zero concerns about parking or track conditions.

We hope this explanation helps ease your mind.
